3. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements. If the item is approved for a return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as the item has not yet been shipped. After the item has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. However, you can initiate a return once the item is received.
8. Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and hygiene products, if opened or used
